HUAYU Composite floor beams, also known as farrowing crate support beams, composite support beams, and farrowing support beams, are divided into polyurethane floor beams and fiberglass floor beams. Polyurethane floor beams are a new type of floor beam primarily used in the livestock breeding industry as support beams for pens. They possess excellent corrosion resistance, lightweight high strength, good toughness, insulation and heat resistance, fire retardant, aging resistance, and strong design versatility.

1.Corrosion Resistance
Polyurethane composite materials possess excellent corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding various degrees of corrosion from acids, alkalis, organic solvents, salts, and other gas and liquid media.
2.Lightweight, High Strength, Good Toughness, Nail Grip
Polyurethane composite floor beams are produced using extrusion technology, with a fiber content of about 80%. Therefore, whether compared to other resin composite materials or to metal materials, their longitudinal strength is quite high.
3.Good Aging Resistance, Long Service Life
Thanks to the high fiber content and the characteristics of polyurethane itself, polyurethane composite floor beams exhibit excellent aging resistance, significantly extending their service life.
4.Insulation and Heat Resistance
Polyurethane composite floor beams have excellent insulation properties, with a thermal conductivity coefficient of about 0.22W/(m·K), which is one-tenth that of concrete and several hundredths of metal materials, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
5.Excellent fire retardant
Polyurethane resin beams exhibit excellent fire retardant, with an oxygen index of over 32%, significantly reducing the risk of fires in breeding facilities.
