The polyether polyol is synthesized by the copolymerization of several compounds such as imported sorbitol as composite initiators with epichlorohydrin, and it is one of the high-quality monomer polyether varieties.
Application: Mainly used in the production of rigid polyurethane foam, significantly improving foam performance and quality.
The formulation of 635 polyether polyol is meticulously designed, giving it significant performance characteristics in both production processing and foam product aspects.
635 polyether polyol has appropriate functionality and high hydroxyl value, resulting in high strength and dimensional stability, excellent compatibility, good solubility of various components in the formulation, and increased stability of composite polyether.
635 polyether polyol is refined with extremely low K+ content, providing adjustability. Foam products made from formulations with it can flow over long distances during foaming, resulting in fine and uniform foam products.
Disadvantages: The product has high viscosity, making it inconvenient for use in winter.
Packaging and Storage: Packaged in 200kg iron drums, stored away from light; this polyether polyol is prone to moisture absorption, exposure will affect its activity and the final foam performance, so it should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool place. Shelf life is not less than 6 months. This product is not classified as hazardous goods.
