This composite material provides a good growth curve, with uniform foam growth speed and fine cell structure when used in a 1:1 ratio with crude MDI. The polyurethane structural foam used for imitation wood have a dense and tough skin, belonging to integral skin (or self-skinning) rigid foam. The dense skin not only gives this imitated material the appearance and density range of wood but also provides higher strength, making it less prone to scratches. The core of the component can achieve lower density, reducing the weight of the component while maintaining higher overall strength. It exhibits high compressive strength, tensile strength, impact resistance, and bending strength, making it an excellent raw material for preparing imitated wood materials.
Application: The imitation wood composite material HYW1018-2 developed by Langfang Huayu Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. is used to manufacture a series of imitation wood products including tables, chairs, industrial brackets, cabinets, sofa legs, picture frames, mirror frames, doors, windows, flower pots, and bathroom fixtures.
Storage Precautions: The product should be stored in airtight containers made of materials such as steel, aluminum, polyethylene, and polypropylene. It is recommended to fill with nitrogen to preserve the storage temperature below 35°C, avoid light exposure, sunlight, water ingress, and prevent local overheating.
Safety Precautions:When using this product, please wear gloves, goggles, and other protective equipment, and operate under ventilated conditions. Do not inhale steam or gas, avoid contact with skin and eyes, and in case of contact with eyes, rinse with water immediately and seek medical attention promptly for severe cases.
