Polyurethane Pultrusion Resin

HUAYU Polyurethane pultrusion resin HY5104L is a two-component resin composed of polyols and modified MDI in certain proportions. It features low viscosity, excellent wetting properties, and operability, as well as good demolding effects. It is solvent-free and does not contain styrene (a toxic chemical). The production process does not emit styrene gas. The composite material with polyurethane resin as the matrix adopts a closed feeding and thermosetting molding process, effectively reducing VOC emissions, with a production speed of up to 1.2m/min. Products formed with fiber composites have a smooth surface, low porosity, high mechanical strength, good toughness, strong nail grip, low shrinkage, and high chemical corrosion resistance. They are applied in various profiles such as polyurethane cable trays, polyurethane composite doors and windows, square tubes, brackets, and others.

Storage and Usage:

1. Store in a sealed container to isolate external air and prevent moisture and impurities from entering the barrel and affecting the quality.

2. Place in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

3. Store the barrel upright, and no water should accumulate on the barrel lid.
